Welcome to Bliss Accessories, we hope that you are fully satisfied with both the products and the service that you receive from us. We are not yet registered for VAT and no contract will exist between you "the customer" and Bliss Accessories until you have received an email from us confirming the content of your order. For the avoidance of doubt any contract will be deemed subject to the laws of England and Wales.

To the fullest extent as permitted at law, Bliss Accessories is providing this website and its contents on an as is basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website or the information, contents, materials or products included in this website including, but without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
All disclaimers and exclusions included in these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Should any provision of these disclaimers and exclusions be deemed to be unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed to be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Service

We aim to provide you with an exceptional level of service and as such endeavor to despatch goods the very next day after payment has been received into our account. Our standard delivery service is priced such as to complete delivery within 3-5 working days.

Product Information

Bliss Accessories takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the information is entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotional activity. Prices are subject to change and without notice. All goods offered on our website are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and will either suggest alternative designs to the same or higher value or will give you an opportunity to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Our website is updated on a regular basis.

Stocking Policy

We hold at least one of each item that is shown as 'for sale' on this site, in stock and reserved for site sales. Should you order more than one of any particular item then while it is highly probable that we will have sufficient stock,  we do have more than one outlet and it is possible, if unlikely that other units of the item ordered will have been sold from our other outlets. If you would like more than one of an item please do contact us to be absolutely sure that we have sufficient and in instances where you submit an order to us that we are unable to fulfil then we will always ofer you an alternative file valued to the same or higher than your order, or offer you a full refund.
